Ordering online
To order online, simply add any book that catches your eye to your basket. Either then and there you can proceed to purchase or if you carry on browsing, you can revisit your items by clicking on the 'my basket' button at top of every page.
What it costs
We have made it easy to calculate the shipping costs for our online customers. There is a price per book that depends on whether you live in the UK or not and what type of book it is. As you can see from our table, there are three price bands, (paperback, hardback and picture book).

Registration
You will need to register to purchase any items. This only takes a second and we keep your personal information safe and promise not to disclose it to any third party. All transactions in the checkout part of the site are SECURE using 128bit SSL encryption.
Notification and checking status
You will receive e-mail notifications when your order is received, when it is shipped and if there are any delays or questions. You will be able to check in on all current and past orders by clicking the 'my account' button at the top of every page.
Ordering offline
If you don't have a credit card, e-mail address or regular access to a computer OR if you want to order any book please contact us by e-mail, fax, phone or post.
All important information about your order and payment is encrypted as it passes between you and us on the internet. Click on this icon when you see it in the shopping cart to verify our certificate with the certifcating authority 'Geotrust', one of the world's largest certificate authorities.
Privacy
Your order details are kept safe and secure. We only ask you for information we might need to process your order (or future orders) and we will only retain your credit card information if you specifically request us to.
If you join our mailing list we will use these details to keep you informed of our activities and of new books that might be of interest. You can change your settings or delete yourself completely at any time. We will not give your details to any other organisation without your express permission and we will not transmit your details outside of the European Community.
